5E PRINTING FROM BELIGHT SWIFT PUBLISHER
Swift Publisher is an affordable all-in-one desktop label printing soft-ware, which can be used with a Mac. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of time. You can download the latest version of Swift Publisher at the website: www.belightsoft.com. To setup a label and print follow these instructions:
- Open Swift Publisher software, select the category “Labels“ and open a new label.
- Select the size of the label you want to print. You‘ve got many different sizes to choose from. You can also custom your own size, if your size is not on the list. Click on “Custom“ and the “+“-symbol on the left.
- In this case, we select “Customize“. Now type in the width and height. In this example, we use a 4 x 3 in (101,6 x 76,3 mm) label. Besides the label size, you can also change the page size, the layout and the Corner Radius, as well as the Outer and Inner Radius. If everything is correct, click “OK”.
- Now you can add images, text or barcode. If you want more information on how to setup a label and use the software, contact Belight or visit the Help menu.
- When you are ready to print, click on “File - Print“. Select the printer, adjust the print settings and press “print“. Now you can adjust print settings. Alternatively, you can also click on the printer symbol.
