If, during the support service, it turns out that a repair is necessary, we take care of the smooth and individual processing and implementation for the customer within the scope of the warranty. Of course, we also offer this service after the warranty has expired. In contrast to lots of other companies, we carry out repairs directly in-house. That means that customers get their devices back much faster.

By using video tutorials and manuals, customers can easily install and operate our products. In the event of technical questions or problems, our support team is available to our customers and local sales partners via remote maintenance using TeamViewer. It feels great when we have been able to help the customer.
