LX610e Pro Packing Instructions

Please retain all packaging materials!

Before the shipping the product must be packed properly to avoid damage. Any damage due to improper packaging is not covered under warranty. Damages caused by improper packaging will be charged.

Prepare unit and accessories for shipping

1. Preparing the unit:

Press the unload button and remove the label roll.

Open the cover.

Switch off the printer.

2. Packing the unit:

Use the original packaging for the best protection.

Please do not remove the ink cartridge, let it remain in the printer!

If you need to send in additional cartridges, never tape the cartridge nozzles and don’t put them into a bag!
Seal cartridge nozzles with a cartridge garage when not installed in your printer.
These cartridge garages are also ideal for swapping between pigment and dye ink cartridges and prevent your cartridges from drying out when not installed.

Then secure the carriage with a tape and insert the foam inlay.

Close and tape the cover.

Remove the USB and power cable.
Remove the roll holder. Mind the cable!

Close and tape the cover.

3. What about accessories?

For a quick handling please include all accessories (cables, power cords, power adapters, media (if the problem is related to it) & cartridges) if available.

4. Any documents?

Please add the original failure description into the packaging. A printout of the e-mail history should be included.

Shipping:

Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Use to the address below. Non-prepaid shipments cannot be accepted.

Further process:

Every incoming package will be identified by its RMA number. After repairment, the unit will be sent back to the recipient who contacted us for the RMA number. Amendments, such as change of shipping address, should be sent immediately.

The repair duration is approx. 5-12 working days.
