6B7 The Cookie Platform

The Cookie Platform will accumulate crumbs and edible ink overspray. Occasionally brush the crumbs from the platform into the Crumb Catcher below. This will ensure that the Cookies are lifted and moved properly and are level and in the correct position for printing. If more thorough cleaning is necessary, disconnect power from the back of the Printer. Remove the Cookie Platform by lifting up slightly on the back of the platform and then pulling out. The Cookie Platform can be placed in the dishwasher. It can withstand boiling temperatures of 100° C, but it should be kept away from any heating elements near the base of the dishwasher.

Cleaning Frequency: Inspect/Clean Daily.
Visually inspect the area if no crumbs or frosting is visible cleaning is not required.
