Let's Say "Hello" to the Little Brother of the LX2000e

We at Primera welcome our newest family member: Its name is LX1000e. And it is in no way inferior to its big brother.
The LX1000e is a pigment based label printer capable of producing durable labels in large quantities with a print speed up to 4" per second. Large, individual CMYK ink cartridges keep cost per label low.
The combination of pigment-based inks and various synthetic materials make LX1000e labels highly water- and UV-resistant. This durability supports applications such as bath and shower products, frozen or refrigerated foods, beverages and much more.

We are continuously improving our products for you. Please make sure that you have the latest updates for your Primera Disc Publisher installed to guarantee best performance and compatibility.

Download the latest software for the DP-4200 Series here.
If you are connected to the internet, updates will be checked frequently and you will be informed when a new version is ready to install. You may also manually check for updates as described below.

PC Firmware Updates: To get the latest firmware and software for your DP-4200 open "PTPublisher", click on the "Help" menu and select "Check for Updates".

Mac Firmware Updates: To get the latest firmware and driver go to "System Preferences" –> "Print & Scan". Then select the DP-4200, click on "Options and Supplies" –> "Utility" –> "Open Printer Utility". Click "About..." and then "Check for Updates". Once the driver update is completed you will be prompted to update the firmware.
