In order to qualify for this opportunity, the unit to be upgraded must meet all of the following requirements:
- Eligibility must be pre-verified by DTM Print via the serial number and customer information

Additional Terms & Conditions: Upgrade program valid only in the EMEA region, but there is no general right to an upgrade. Upgrade units must be purchased through an authorised DTM Print channel partner. Contact the DTM Print sales team via sales@dtm-print.eu to be named an approved partner in your country and to check whether you are entitled to an upgrade. Customers who purchase an upgrade model have to return their current unit to its DTM Print partner who will take care of a proper disposal. The unit will be marked as decommissioned and will no longer be eligible for Technical Support or service. Customers can receive one upgrade price per eligible unit; there is not an additional discount for more than one eligible unit. Upgraded units are new units and come with the standard one year warranty. Upgraded units are eligible for 24 month warranty. Models listed above are currently the only models eligible for discounted upgrade pricing. The above prices do not represent an official price list. They are subject to change without notice.
